By accessing or using TonyStock AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TonyStock AI is an AI-powered stock analysis platform that provides:

  • Stock market data and analysis
  • AI-powered chat assistance for investment research
  • News aggregation and analysis
  • Technical analysis tools

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations

5. Disclaimer of Investment Advice

IMPORTANT: The information provided by TonyStock AI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. TonyStock AI is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial advisor.

All investment decisions are your sole responsibility. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TonyStock AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TonyStock AI Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

9.1 Subscription Plans

We offer premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features and services. Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select.

9.2 Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date
  • You have made fewer than 100 API calls during the subscription period

Refund requests that meet these criteria will be processed promptly. To request a refund, please contact us at admin@tonystock.ai with your account information and purchase details.

9.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Purchase/Cancel" menu within the Service. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will lose access to premium features.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your subscription period, except as provided in Section 9.2 (Refund Policy).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
