Newsletters may contain market analysis, service news and promotions. We use your email for recurring marketing newsletters only after a separate, optional affirmative consent. Consent is not a condition of account registration or paid service. A request for one emailed issue does not enroll you in recurring newsletters.
We record the account and verified email, server time, exact consent notice and version, sender contact details, affirmative action and subsequent withdrawal. Legacy preference flags alone are not proof of consent. Unsubscribe free at any time using the link in an email or account settings; no login or additional information is required for email links. Withdrawal blocks future marketing sends immediately; a message already in transit may still arrive. We do not sell or transfer opted-out addresses for marketing.
Newsletter evidence is stored in access-restricted AWS databases in the United States, with a separate encrypted archive protected against alteration for a minimum three-year integrity window. We retain evidence while relying on consent, then normally for three years after the later of withdrawal or last send, subject to documented legal holds and periodic necessity review. This is our internal policy, not a statutory universal retention period. A minimal email suppression hash may be kept as necessary to honor opt-outs. Account deletion does not erase necessary suppression or legally required evidence. Contact the Privacy Officer for access, correction, withdrawal, deletion or complaints; identity will be verified proportionately before disclosure.
Your data is stored securely on AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure. We retain your personal information, including chat conversation history and stock data, for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete all associated personal data, subject to any legal obligations that may require us to retain certain information for a longer period.
